Order Policy & Terms

By placing an order with Luxury Cat Nails, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Shipping Responsibility

Accurate Shipping Information: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Luxury Cat Nails is not liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. No refunds will be issued for undelivered orders under these circumstances.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are handmade and typically require 1–2 weeks for shipping.

Tracking Information: Tracking details will be sent via email to Luxurycatnails@gmail.com once a shipping label has been created. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their orders.

Risk of Loss

Transit Responsibility: All items are packaged securely before shipment. However, Luxury Cat Nails is not responsible for damage caused during transit or by external conditions, including carrier handling or weather-related issues.

Billing & Verification

Address Verification: Billing and shipping addresses must match.

Order Verification: Orders may be held or canceled if additional verification is required and the requested information is not provided.

Final Sale Policy

Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances once an order has been placed and/or shipped.
