●By placing an order with Luxury Cat Nails, you agree to the following terms:
●Shipping Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Luxury Cat Nails is not liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages once they have been accepted shipping out.
●If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. ●No refunds will be issued for undelivered orders under these circumstances.
Shipping & Processing
●Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. ●For custom orders Shipping typically takes 1–2 weeks as they are hand made.

●Once a shipping label is created. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.
●Risk of Loss
All items are shipped securely; however, Luxury Cat Nails is not responsible for damage caused during transit or by external conditions (including handling or weather).
●Billing & Verification
Billing and shipping addresses must match.
●Orders may be held or canceled if verification is required and not provided.
Final Sale Policy
●All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances once an order has been placed and/or shipped.
